PULSE personal training has evolved due to an overwhelming need to be able to extend our patients requirements for exercise therapy, rehabilitation and sports specific training after they have finished with their therapist.
Patients are looking to maintain, improve and re-evaluate their goals and so we have introduced this aspect of the service which has proved to be very beneficial and popular with existing and new patients / clients alike.
Our Personal Training (PT) service is not just for when you are injured or recovering but covers a range of elements that constitute trying to promote and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Pulse can help our clients improve their health and fitness in an effective and professional environment. We offer one-to-one fitness or group exercise instruction in our own private gym in safe, comfortable surroundings with emphasis on enjoyment.
Getting Started
We provide a Pulse Personal Training Questionnaire and Par Q> form on our website which you can download easily and email back to us prior to your first session or alternatively bring along with you on the day.
You need not be familiar with exercise, equipment or technique. Your trainer will help you with this.
Designed for you Before your first training session all new clients receive a free consultation* and functional fitness assessment.* We will then design a programme to suit your needs and current level of fitness.
Ongoing support
We won’t just forget about you once your training session is finished. We can supply easy to follow Fact Sheets for stretching, warm ups/cool downs etc which you can take home with you. You are also free to contact us with any concerns or questions via phone or email.
