Acupuncture and Reflexology

Acupuncture
There is no healing crisis for acupuncture, you start feeling the effects instantly. For chronic cases of pain one session is never enough, it takes gradual improvements.

If you have a phobia to needles then other techniques are offered, including electrical stimulation using TENS-like equipment.

Please note acupuncture needles are very fine and barely noticeable on insertion. Rest assured for extra sensitive patients, non-invasive methods are applied.

Sabrina - Acupuncturist

Sabrina is a fully qualified and registers Acupuncturist. Trained in traditional Chinese medicine specialising in pain management and gynecology. She also uses techniques to combat smoking addictions and promote anesthesia.

Qualified in 2004 from the University of Westminster she started working at Gold’s Gym and Ealing Hospital and now works with cancer patients in St Mary’s Hospital.

Sabrina is also qualified in aromatherapy, Indian head massage and reiki, often combining these therapies if suitable.

Sabrina also uses cupping for pain management. This is a suction applied to areas of pain, to draw circulation of blood to the surface and promote lymph drainage. The stronger the suction the better.
